Terms and conditions.

 

1. Definitions


"Service provider": Peters Consultancy & Photography, registered with Chamber of Commerce 91029465.
"Client": The person, organization or entity that has contracted the services of the Service Provider.
"Services": Consultancy and/or photography services offered by the Service Provider as defined in the agreement between the Service Provider and the Client.


2. Applicability


These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries of Services by the Service Provider, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.


3. Quotations and Agreements


All offers from the Service Provider are without obligation and valid for 30 days
An agreement is concluded when the Customer agrees to the quotation and the Service Provider confirms this in writing.


4. Rates and Payment


The rates for the Services are stated in the quotation. All prices are exclusive of VAT and any other taxes or levies.
Payment must be made within 30 days after the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
In the event of delay in payment, the Customer is legally in default and the Service Provider is entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.


5. Cancellation and Changes


Cancellation or changes to scheduled services must be notified in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the agreement.


6. Intellectual Property


All intellectual property rights in the materials provided by the Service Provider, including photographs and reports, remain the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Liability


The liability of the Service Provider is limited to the invoice amount for the relevant Services.
The Service Provider is not liable for any damage or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.


8. Applicable Law and Disputes


Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements between the Service Provider and the Customer.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Maastricht.


9. Other Provisions


Any deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing between the parties.
